Q. The directions “said” to do this….
A. There are no such things as directions, they’re guidelines so don’t get hung up on the details, just brew it. If you think you’re doing something right then you are. If you think you are doing something wrong then think again.

Q. What kind of water do I need to use?
A. Use the water that you drink, if it tastes good then brew with it. The only exception, avoid water with a high iron content.

Q. Can I mess it up?
A. Cleanliness and sanitation is the key to brewing success..
           There are two steps here:
           1. The home brewing equipment must be clean. This means “doing the dishes”.
           2. The beer making equipment can now be sanitized. Use no rinse sanitizers for the best results.

Q. Where do I put it?
A. Home brewed beer ferments at room temperature (About 70 degrees Fahrenheit) . Just find a temperature stable location and let mother nature brew the rest.

CHEERS!!!
